Willis "Buddy" Hall, Sr.

Buddy Hall, Sr. 75 of Sparks passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at South Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Hall was born January 6, 1947 to the late Irvin Willis Hall & Mary Ellen Folsom. He was a member of Sparks First Baptist Church and had retired from Nashville Mills. He enjoyed using his metal detector to see what treasures he could find.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Hall of Sparks; children, Willis (Pam) Hall, Jr. of Albany, Kenny Hall of Adel, Catina (Mike) Sutton, Sr of Nashville, and Scott (Melinda) Hall of Hazlehurst; 10 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren; Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his two brothers, Ronald "peewee" Hall and an infant; and two sisters, Ruby Lee Nix, and Lilly Mae Sirmans.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 2:00 at Purvis Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Leila United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
