Walt Taylor, Jr..

Mr. Walter "Walt" Daniel Taylor, Jr. 82 of Lake Park passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at Langdale Hospice House. Mr. Taylor was born September 23, 1937 to the late Walter D. Taylor, Sr, and Evelyn Hill Taylor. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Nankin Ga. and was an insurance salesman for Liberty National Life before retiring.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Taylor of Lake Park; children, Steve (Fancy) Taylor of Crystal River, Fl, and David (Rhonda) Taylor of Valdosta; stepchildren, Louie (Janet) Culpepper of Lake Park, and Teresa (David) Powell of Lake Park; 10 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Doug Sparks, and Rev. Daryl Pate  officiating. Public visitation will be held Tuesday afternoon from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Maxwell-Purvis Funeral Home.
