Virginia Hiers Obituary

Mrs. Virginia Ruby Hiers, 76 of Dixie passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Presbyterian Home Quitman. Mrs. Hiers was born October 7, 1943 to the late Hamon & Altha Tyson Miller.

Survivors include her son, Vance (Stacie) Hiers of Dixie; daughter Donna Lynn Hiers of Atlanta; grandchildren, Van Hiers, Heather Hiers, Paige (Justin) Proctor, and Krysta (Josh) Williams; great grandchildren, Dallas, Brayden, Clayton, and Everlee; sister, Wyber Becton of West Virginia; and niece, Windy Becton of Quitman. Mrs. Hiers was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Hiers.
