Timothy Bellamy

Mr. Timothy "Tim" Bellamy, 60 of Quitman passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Brooks County Hospital.  Mr. Bellamy was born August 11, 1959 to the late William Oscar Bellamy & Mary Exum Bellamy.  He served in the National Guard Reserve for 20 years and retired from R L Cunningham & Sons Peanut Co.

Survivors include his brothers, Wilbur Bellamy of Cordele, Eddie Bellamy of Quitman, Mickey (Jacqueline) Bellamy of Quitman, and Jeffery Bellamy of Warner Robins; sisters, Izetta Haya of Tampa, Montine Westmoreland of Jacksonville, JoAnn Williamson of Quitman, and Bonnie Barnard of Quitman; uncle, Gene Exum; aunt Daisy Lasley; several nieces & nephews. Mr. Bellamy was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Willingham Bellamy and one brother, Minton Bellamy.

Graveside service will be held Friday at 4:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Keith Wise officiating.  The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at Maxwell-Purvis Funeral Home.
