Shirley Ann McKellar

Mrs. Shirley Ann McKellar, 86 of Norman Park passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021 at the Magnolia Manor in Moultrie. Mrs. McKellar was born April 10, 1935 to the late John R. Alexander and Mary Ellen Purvis Alexander. She attended Bethel Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking and loved to meet people.

Survivors include her children, Kay Lowry (Lonnie Truett) of Norman Park, Vicki (Darrell) Kennedy of Norman Park, Suzanne (Tim) Ray of Nashville, and Terry McKellar of Moultrie; grandchildren, Cash (Brooke) Lowry, Priscilla (Jeffery) Fillyaw, Becky (Scott) Miller, Molly Kennedy, Avery McKellar, T. J. McKellar, Aiden McKellar, Jalyn McKellar, Ashley Ray, Jake Ray, B. J. (Haley) McKellar; 12 great grandchildren. Mrs. McKellar was preceded in death by her husband, Ben McKellar; son, Michael McKellar.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 2:00 at Wrights Chapel Cemetery, 1550 Wrights Chapel Rd., Sumner, GA with Dr. Danny V. Ray officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Dalton Fillyaw, T J. McKellar, Aiden McKellar, Scott Miller, Jeffery Fillyaw, Cash Lowry, and Noah Crapps. Guitarist, Brent Saunders will be singing, "I Want To Stroll Over Heaven With You" and "How Great Thou Art."  The family will be receiving friends at the residence of Vicki Kennedy, 256 Georgia Hwy 256, Norman Park,Ga.
