Rose Marie Wilson

Rose Marie Wilson, 62 of Ray City passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at South Georgia Medical Center. Rose was born June 18, 1960 to the late Julian Preston and Margaret Mott Cumbus. She was a genuine loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

Survivors include her daughter, Brittany (Brandon) Roe of Valdosta, and Shay Greggerson of Nashville; grandchildren, Angel Greggerson, Nathan Greggerson, Wyatt Greggerson, Michael Roe, and Alaina Roe; brother, Randy (Darlene) Cumbus of Douglas; sisters, Mary Ann (Kenny) McIntyre of Ray City, and Loretta Cumbus; special nephew, Tony (Jesseca) Cumbus of Hahira; special niece, Lorie (Albert) Sanchez of Ray City; and several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
