Robbie Parrish

Robbie Parrish, 35 of Nashville passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023 at South Georgia Medical Center. Robbie was born October 15, 1988 in Adel. He loved attending Church of Nazarene in Nashville and was passionate about music, mostly gospel where he would sing and witness to people in the church and the many hospitals that he went to. Robbie loved people, his family, and his dad was his hero and his mama was his angel. He loved life and enjoyed old race cars, was an avid fan to the Atlanta Falcons, GA Bulldogs, and Alabama. 

Survivors include his parents, Angus Parrish & Linda Parrish of Nashville; brother, William Lavon Parrish of GA; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; special caregiver, Andrea Martin of Valdosta; extended friends and neighbors. Robbie was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Houston & Earline Parrish; maternal grandparents, Lavone & Evelyn Redding; uncles, Franklin Redding, Johnny Redding, and Kenny Parrish; aunts, Annette Redding, Shirley Johnson, and Mary Parrish. 

Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Dean officiating. Interment will follow at Nashville Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service. 

To anyone that Robbie has touched in their lives, just know that he is with the Lord now. The family would like to thank each and everyone that was a part of Robbie's medical team during his life.
