Mr. Robert Charles “Robbie” Hall, 44 of Lake Park passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Hall was born December 3, 1975 in Lakeland, GA. He was a graduate of Coffee County High School. He served in the United States Army as a combat solider for 8 years active duty, served in Operation Iraq Freedom and Operation Endurance Freedom in Baghdad and Kuwait. Mr. Hall also served 8 years in the Army National Guard. The National Defense Service Medal was presented to Mr. Hall by President George W. Bush. Mr. Hall formerly worked as a heavy equipment mechanic at Preferred Rental in Jasper, Fl and was currently working as a mechanic at Lowe’s Distribution Center in Valdosta.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Yochum Hall of Lake Park, Ga; sons, Nathan Hall of Fitzgerald and fiance’ Terissa Hughes of Blackshear, GA, and Bailyn Hall of Whitehouse, TN; stepchildren, Jeff & Delaney Yochum of Lake Park, GA; parents, Linda & Darryl Michek of Clyattville, GA; sisters, Bobbie Lynn and Michael Stephens of Douglas, Heather Michek of Clyattville & boyfriend K J Manning of Barney; brothers, Christopher Hightower of Clyattville, and D J & Aubrey Michek of Lake Park; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts & uncles. Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Hall; maternal grandparents, Ronald & Martha Sutton; paternal grandparents, Charles & Margaret Hall; and Aunt Beth Hall Kirkland.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 20, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Enoch Creek Church in Lake Park, GA. With Rev. Carlton Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Dasher Cemetery in Dasher, GA with the VVA Chapter # 1090 of Adel providing military rites. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 -1:00 pm at the church. The family request that everyone wears masks and observe social distancing.
