Obituary
Peggy Ann Johnson, 72 of Lenox passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at her residence. Peggy was born July 13, 1950 in Ashland, AL to the late James & Lessie Hutchinson Watts. She loved her grandchildren, family and everyone.
Survivors include her son, Dewayne Johnson of Lenox; daughter, April Johnson; grandchildren, Katlynn Johnson, Trent Johnson, & Zachery Peach; brothers, Durward Watts of SC, Renai Watts of Nashville, Mike (Carey) Watts of Lenox; sisters, Faye Henderson of Newman, and Willa Wynell (Louie) Ogletree of Lenox; sister - in - law, Patsy Watts of Lenox. Peggy was preceded in death by her brothers, Louie Gene Watts, and Gayther Watts.
A graveside service will be held Monday, October 31, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Stauton Cemetery in Lenox with Bro. Jimmie Hinson officiating. The family will be receiving friends Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
