Ollie Mae Price

Mrs. Ollie Mae Price, 99 of Quitman passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Pruitt Health in Moultrie. Mrs. Price was born May 23, 1924 in Jesup, GA to the late Foster Edward Jackson & Martha Phariss Jackson. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and enjoyed going to church. Mrs. Price loved her family and her church family. She also enjoyed baking, and reading her bible. She was known as being very independent.

Survivors include her children, James Edward (Dot) Price of Quitman, Ronnie Allen (Vickie) Price of Valdosta, and Jackie Evans of Sumner; daughter-in-law, Lynn Price; grandchildren, Pam, Jennifer (Mike), Keith (Sandi), Allen (Cheryl), Chris (Jennifer), Jason (Breanna), Jamie (Trista), Leassia (Wayne), David (Elizabeth), Lari Anne, Jessie (Josh), Will (Josh), Whitney (Rudy), Shae, Chad (Lisa), and Brad (Paula); numerous, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her husband, Wilton Price; son, Connie Lee Price; and son in law, Kenneth Evans. 

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Northside Baptist Church in Quitman, GA with Pastor Sammy Hiers officiating. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
