Michael Mills Obituary

Michael Mills, 28 of Fairmount, GA passed away Monday, April 13, 2020. He was born September 3, 1991 in Atlanta and worked at Academy Sports. Michael served in the United States Army for four years as a combat medic in Afghanistan and South Korea. He was of Baptist Faith and was baptized in 2010. Michael really loved music, and was a great father, who loved his family.

Survivors include his fiancé, Jackie Harshbarger of Fairmount; children, Wyatt Harshbarger-Mills of Fairmount, and Corie Goss-Mills of Hazlehurst; stepchildren, Jackson, Hayden, and Zoey; and his mother, Martha Mills of Tifton. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Mike Mincey.

A private memorial service will be held Friday, April 17, 2020 at Lenox Cemetery with Rev. Carl Metzger officiating. The VVA Chapter # 1090 of Adel will be providing military rites.
