Mary Giddens

Mrs. Mary Giddens, 74 of Quitman passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2021 after injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Mrs. Giddens was born April 12, 1947 to the late Edward & Mary May Dowdy Sloan. She attended both Beulah Baptist Church and Pineview Community Church. Mrs. Giddens loved to write and draw, and to work in her garden. She loved her pets and was a friend to everyone she met.

Survivors her children, Gene (Susan) West, Jr of Quitman, Reuben West of Lenox, Toby West of Quitman, and Mary (Robert) Wynn of Lakeland, Fl; grandchildren, Joseph Collins, Amber Collins, Justin West, Brittany West, Tyler West, Abby West, Austin West, and Andrew West; great grandchildren, Laim Wynn, Dawson West, Georgia Warren, and Stallon Collins; brothers, Ed (Jewel) Johnson of Quitman, and Ervin Sloan of Quitman.

A celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at 3535 Radford Rd., Quitman, GA  31643
