Lilla Oura Rountree

Mrs. Lilla Rountree, 78 of Barney passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Presbyterian Home Quitman. Mrs. Rountree was born September 5, 1942 to the late Floyd & Ora B Pike Williams. She retired from Headstart in Cook County.

Survivors include her children, Ronda (Jackie) Porter of Barney, Robin Sumner of Barney: stepdaughters, Linda Kay (David) Neely of Dixie, Alicia (Coy) Porter of Hahira, and Amanda (Trevor) Lehman of Valdosta; grandchildren, Tony (Kalianne) Porter, and Austin Sexton; step grandchildren, Alyssa Royal, Noah Porter, Colby  Porter, Maddie Porter, Ayden Lehman, Kaitlyn Lehman, Kassidy Lehman, Dawson Neely, and Kayla (Josh) Price; great grandchildren, Skyler Porter, Lilla Grace Porter, Kylee Porter Canaan Price, and Analia Rose He'bert; siblings, Johnny (Louise) Williams of Barney, Sabrena Williams of Barney and Chuck (Sherry) Williams of Hahira.  Mrs. Rountree was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Rountree.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at Campground Cemetery with Pastor Joey Castleberry officiating. The family will be receiving friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm at Maxwell-Purvis Funeral Home.
