Joy Lane Obituary

Mrs. Joy Lynn Skelton Lane passed away on Tuesday, December 22 2020. Joy was born on January 19, 1950. She was a 1968 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville, Fl. Joy was a member of Pineview Community Chuch in Quitman. Joy was a loving wife, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Joy is survived by her sister, Theresa Cooley; three brothers in law, two sisters in law, and many nieces and nephews. Joy was preceded in death by her husband, James G. Lane, her parents, Roger and Kathy Skelton, and her younger sister, Vickie Simmons.

A graveside service will be held Saturday December 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m at Columbia Cemetery on Beulah Church Road in Nankin, GA with Rev. Terry Lane, an Rev Rick Lane officiating.
