Joseph "Jr." Hurst

Joseph "Jr." Hurst, 57, of Warner Robins passed away on October 24, 2023. Joseph was born in Hahira on March 20, 1966, to the late Tommy and Latrelle Hurst. Joseph spent much of his life working as a truck driver. He was a loving father who cherished every moment he got to spend surrounded by his family. He will be remembered for his dedication to those he cared for as well as his love for fishing and going to races. 

Joseph leaves behind his wife, Pamela Hurst of Warner Robins; son, Joey NeSmith of Valdosta; daughters, Heather Hurst of Warner Robins and Melinda Hurst of Fort Valley; step-father, Billy Pace of Hahira; sister, Janice Clanton of Cecil; and thirteen grandchildren.

A memorial service for Joseph will be held at Purvis Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Jason Clanton officiating.
