Obituary
John "Johnny" Henry Butler, 73 of Quitman passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Presbyterian Home Quitman. Mr. Johnny was born December 28, 1950 to the late Barney Lewis Butler & Annie Lorraine Hurst Butler. He worked as supervisor with Procter & Gamble in Albany for several years. After retiring he worked with Wild Adventures for a few years. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, playing baseball and golf. Mr. Johnny enjoyed growing his gardens, he was an honest southern man.
Survivors include his sons, Rhett (Candice) Butler of Commerce, GA and Hunter Butler of Hahira; grandchildren, Ethan Butler, Cullan Butler, Ember Butler, Koltin Butler, and Westin Butler; brothers, Donnie Butler of Sasser, GA, and Tony (Betty) Butler of Albany; one sister, Danah Burler Gay of Albany; and niece, Angela Butler.
A celebration of life may be held at a later time.
