Janet Lynn Archer

Janet Lynn Archer, 65 of Lenox passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center. Janet was born October 7, 1956 to the Late James Kelsey and Marie Bohrer. She was assistant manager for 10 years at the local Dollar General stores and was manager for 10 years at the Holiday Market in Lenox. Janet enjoyed playing board and card games with her grandchildren, and enjoyed reading. She also enjoyed going to Sonic to get some pebble ice.

Survivors include her children, Andy (Ashley) Archer of Panama City, Fl, and Tara Archer (Randy Richard) of Lake Butler, Fl; grandchildren, Tiesha Archer, Colt Archer, and Kaden Johns; sister, Betty (Wallace) Dick of Stewart, Iowa; and family friend, Vickie Chenoweth of Lenox. Janet was preceded in death by her brother, Pete Kelsey; and sister & brother in law, Joann and Buzz Wilcox.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
