James Mickael Carter, 48 of Sparks passed away April 24, 2023 at his home. He was born October 24, 1974 in Adel.

Survivors include his father, James Ronald Carter, Sr.; son, Gabriel Seth Carter; brothers, Jamie Carter, and Jason Sumner; and sister, Amanda Roberts. He is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Bristol Carter.

A celebration of life may be held at a later time.
