Mr. Fuller Lloyd Williams, Jr of Valdosta passed away on October 17, 2020 at his home with his family. Mr. Williams was born July 13, 1928 to Fuller Williams, Sr and Ruth Cooper Williams in Quitman.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Williams. He leaves behind his three children, Wayne Lloyd Williams, Jeannine Williams Daniell, and Roger Frank Williams; two grandchildren, Kyle Kemp and Cole Kemp; and great grandchildren, Hayden, Kaydence, Felix, and Bryson.
Mr. Williams retired from U. S. Navy as a chief petty officer and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He attended Central Avenue Church of Christ and was an active member for many years. He was an award-winning and published photographer. His great passion was landscape photography. He was always willing to give a helping hand to others and he spent his weekends with his family. He loved reading and always wished he could have finished his schooling at William and Mary.
Graveside service will be held Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Welcome Hill Church of Christ Cemetery.
