Edward Garrett

Edward Garrett, 89 of Lenox passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center. Mr. Garrett was born April 6, 1932 to the late Earl Knight Garrett & Naomi Bryan Garrett. He was a member of Lenox Baptist Church and was the deacon of the church for many years. Mr. Garrett traveled abroad for the last 15 years with over 800,00 miles of airtime doing missionary work delivering bibles.

Survivors include his brother, Earl "B. E." Garrett of Lenox; nieces, Tonya Garrett Jones of Jacksonville, Fl, Tina Garrett & Mike Smith of Valdosta, and Tracy Garrett of Lenox.

A celebration of life will be held Monday, December 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Lenox Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Metzger officiating.
