Eddie Lee Musick

Mr. Eddie Lee Musick, 61 of Quitman passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020 at his residence.  Mr. Musick was born April 12, 1958 in Gate City, VA.  He was an avid bass fisherman and loved to hunt.  He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing in church.  Mr. Musick attend Boston Church of God and held various offices at the San Mateo Church of God in San Mateo FL and was very active in all church ministries. He was employed with C.H.A. Tech Services.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Musick of Quitman; mother, Maxie Musick of Satsuma, Fl; and Rev. Richard & Louise Sapp of Quitman; brothers, Rev. Danny (Crystal) Musick of Baldwin, Fl, and Sidney (Dana) Sapp of Quitman; sisters, Judy (Gary) Crosby of San Mateo, Fl, Patty (Ellis) Gray of Live Oak, and Denise Giles of Killeen, Tx; though no biological children, he is survived by many nieces & nephews that were loved as his children. Mr. Musick was preceded in death by his father, Hershel C. Musick.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Boston Church of God with Rev. David Douglas officiating.  Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.  The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Serving as pallbearers are Terrell Spivey, Daniel Giles, Christian Musick, Paul Townsend, Josh Sherley, Ellis Gray, and Scott Sapp.
