Doris Vinson Obituary

Mrs. Doris Vinson, 75 of Nashville passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 at her residence. Mrs. Vinson was born December 7, 1946 to the late Clayton & Ada Varnadore Morgan. She attended Pineview Holiness Baptist Church and was a volunteer for Peanut Butter and Jesus Ministry.

Survivors include her son, Jerry R. (Windy) Curtis of Louisana; grandchildren, Krystal (Jon) Hynes, and Courtney Curtis; brother, Harvey "Junior" (Brenda) Morgan of Nashville; and two step grandchildren, Joshua Futch, and Sierra Lomas.

Services will be held at Trinity Calvary Holiness Church Saturday. August 6, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. John Sewell, Rev. Silas Carver, and Rev Harvey Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery in Nashville. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
