Donald Bennett

Mr. Donald Bennett, 64 of Enigma passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Bennett was born March 3, 1957 to the late William Ira Bennett and Alene Harris Bennett. He was a volunteer fire fighter with the city of Enigma and was also presently a councilman with the city. 

Survivors include his daughters, Donna Prinkey, her husband Shad Prinkey of Tennessee, and Melanie Heath of Ocilla; grandchildren, Justin Miley of Michigan, Levi Alvarado of Lenox, McKenzie Webb of Fitzgerald, Andrew Webb of TyTy, Michael Heath of Ocilla, Lexi Heath of Ocilla, and Bella Prinkey of Tennessee; great grandchildren, Blakely Aurora Miley, Waylon Miley of Michigan, Jackson Alvarado, Finley Alvarado of Lenox, Ashton Webb of TyTy, Gracie Winser, Everleigh Winser, River Winser, Francisco Rivera, Jadiel Felix, and Andres Felix, and Tanner Gaskin of Tifton. Mr. Bennett was preceded in death by his brothers Sonny Bennett, Carlos Bennett, and a baby brother.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Purvis Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Liberty Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
