Davis Ramsey Renfroe

Mr. Davis Ramsey Renfroe, 58 of Quitman passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Renfroe was born October 17, 1962 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He served in the United States Air Force and was plantation manager at Terra Chula Plantation. Mr. Renfroe was a member of CrossPointe Church and was in youth ministry for more than 10 years. His favorite saying was "Satan is a liar, Jesus is alive." His love of life was the Lord, his wife, children, and grandchildren. Mr. Renfroe enjoyed hunting and fishing and was full of life and laughter.

Survivors include his wife of almost 41 years, May 20, 1980, Lynn Renfroe of Quitman; children, Lacey (Brian) Bartlett of Valdosta, and Charlie (Mercedes) Renfroe of Quitman; grandchildren, Molly Bartlett, Heidi Bartlett, Cash Renfroe, and Ryleigh Renfroe; mother, Doris Renfroe of Quitman; sister, Elaine (Ed) Willis of Fitzgerald; and nephew, Josh Willis.Mr. Renfroe was preceded in death by his father, Ramsey Emory Renfroe, Jr. "Big Boy"

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at CrossPointe Church with Pastor Michael Buffaloe officiating. A private family interment will be held with VVA Chapter #1090 of Adel providing military rites. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at CrossPointe Church.
