Billy Connell

Mr. William "Billy" Edward Connell, 78 of West Berrien Community passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center. Mr. Connell was born July 25, 1943 to the late Alton Parker Connell & Bessie Purvis Connell. He worked at Nashville Mills until he retired and was a member of Temple Calvary Holiness Church. 

Survivors include his wife, Pat Connell of West Berrien Community; son, Tim (Kelly) Connell of Molino, Fl; daughters, Darlene (Bill) Bailey of Nashville, and Wendy (David) Bennett of West Berrien; grandchildren, Zack Bailey of Nashville, Skye Jordan of Moultrie, Cody Connell of Nashville, Hunter Connell of Lenox, Mac Walker, of Belle Glade, Fl, Drake Bennett of Moultrie, Collin Bennett of Nashville, and Reagan Bennett of West Berrien; great grandchilden, Dawson Bailey, Brice Jordan, Laci Jordan, Braydon Connell, Layken Connell, and Connor Eden; brother, Daniel Connell of West Berrien; and several nieces & nephews. Mr. Connell was preceded in death by his brother, James Connell.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m at Purvis Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon Hughes, and Rev. Kyle Taft officiating. Interment will be held at Pine Grove Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Purivs Funeral Home.
