Anna Kennedy Obituary

Mrs. Anna Kennedy, 84 of Adel went to be with our Lord on February 11, 2021. Mrs. Kennedy was born March 5, 1936 to the late Olon and Grace Swearingham O'Connor. Mrs. Kennedy was a long time member of Springhead Baptist Church. She was a volunteer at Adel Hospital, where she loved helping people and was loved by all. Mrs. Kennedy was the matriarch of her family, and she was a true traditional family person. Her faith in our lord was unwaivering, she was a true soldier.

Survivors include her two daughters, Paula Holcomb of Adel and Patricia Baker of Sebring, FL; 9 grandchilden and 13 great grandchildren. Mrs. Kennedy was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Paul Kennedy; son, David R. Kennedy; and a brother and sister.
