Willie Mae Snow

Mrs. Willie Mae Snow, 90 of Quitman passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 at her residence.  Mrs. Snow was born May 9, 1928 to the late Monroe and Mary Jane Marshall Weldon, Sr.  She was a homemaker and was the oldest member at the Quitman Church of God. 

Survivors include her children, Royce (Lynn) Snow of Quitman, Jimmy (Brenda) Snow of Quitman, Terry Snow of Quitman, Travis Snow of North Ga, Shirley Howell of Quitman, Dale Carney of Quitman, Betty Johnson of Quitman, Sheila (Oby) Vann of Madison, Fl, and Lynda Snow of Quitman;  28 grandchildren; 57 great grandchildren; 24 great great grandchildren; brother, Rowan (Linda) Weldon of Milledgville; and two sisters, Drucilla Lewis of Quitman, and Canary Eubanks of Thomasville.  Mrs.  Snow was preceded in death by her husband, James Snow; sons, Gene West, Gerald West, Frank Snow, William Snow, and Bruce Allen Snow; brother, Monroe Weldon.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Quitman Church of God with Rev. Gwin Jarriel officiating.  Interment will follow at Welcome Hill Church Cemetery.  The family will be receiving friends Sunday afternoon from 4-6 p.m. at the church.
