Mr. Theodore Jackson Boyer, 76 of Cecil passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Boyer was born August 20, 1943 to the late Theodore & Goldie Riffle Boyer. He served in the United States Army.

Survivors include his son, Graham Jackson Boyer of Paris, KY; daughters, Marilyn Jean Growe of Wellsville, OH, Jacalyn Rameriz of Houston, TX, and Teri Boyer of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Aaron Cramer, Chris Lyons, Misty Cramer, Lewis Boyer, James Berdine, and Juan Carlos Naranjo; great grandchildren, Cameron Cramer, Kevon Cramer, Diego Naranjo Boyer, Kayleebug Lyons, Jolion Cramer, Makenna Berdine, August Berdine, Serenity Boyer, and Camilla Boyer; brothers, Roger Boyer, and Timothy Boyer; sisters, Beverly Rutter, June Boyer, Karen Ray, Carol Jodikinos, Sheila Alejandre, and Conchetia Griffin.

A memorial service may be held at a later date.
