Rev. John Gandy Obituary

Rev. John Thurman Gandy, 92 of Adel passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 at his residence. Rev. Gandy was born April 22, 1925 in Lenox to the late Samuel Thomas Gandy and Sallie Taylor Gandy. He served in the United States Army and was the minister at Full Community Gospel Church in Adel.

Survivors include his children, Steve Cox of Jacksonville, Fl., and Sandra Jean Cox of Jacksonville; two grandchildren; two brothers, Homer (Betty) Gandy of Tifton, and Wendell (Thelma) Gandy of FL.; one sister, Jane Gandy Calwell of Sparks.

A memorial service may be held at a later date.
