Mrs. Judith Mayne, 64 of Adel passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at her residence.  Mrs. Mayne was born January 25, 1953 to the late John & Edith West Dunn.  She was a collection manager at UOG Practice in Tifton and was a member at New Life Baptist Church.  

Survivors include her daughters, Edith (Chris) Cleghorn of Adel, and Ashli (Kris) McDaniel of Adel; grandchildren, Shae Mayne, Madison McDaniel, Grant Cleghorn, and Jake McDaniel; one sister, Ann Belanger of Augusta, GA.; several nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Mayne was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray Dunn, and Allen Dunn; and one sister, Jane Smith.

A homecoming celebration will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at New Life Baptist Church with Rev. Harris Whitman, and Rev. Chad Payne officiating.  The family will be receiving friends Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
