Flonnie Long Obituary

Mrs. Flonnie Long, 103 of Quitman passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Long was born August 30, 1914 to the late Joshua Benjamin Daniel & Sara Hight Daniel. She was a member of Quitman First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her children, Vereen Bell of Nashville, Tn, Tallulah Long Whitesell of Quitman, and Suzanne Long Spivey of Tallahassee; grandchildren, Mary Bell, Leighton Bell, Eleanor Hall, Julie Marx, Jonathan Marx, William Whitesell, Emily Garretson, and Benjamin Spivey; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren. Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Long.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery, (the old side.) In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Quitman First United Methodist Church.
