Evelyn Supers

Mrs. Evelyn Supers, 82 of Sparks passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at her residence.  Mrs. Supers was born March 26, 1936 to the late Luther & Odessa Joiner Pope.  She was a member of the Lenox Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Frankie Supers of Sparks; children, Allen (Anna) Touchton of Tallahassee, Fl., Bobby (Angie) Touchton of Lake City, Fl., Judy White of Louisiana, Zach Goetzman of Sparks, Richard Goetzman, and Destiny Goetzman of Sparks; 21 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren; three sisters, Linda (Lanis) Hamner of Sparks, Melba Miller of Valdosta, and Kathryn Whitfield of Lake Park; four sister in laws, Jean Usry of Cordele, Susan Loyd of McDonough, GA., Sue McCay of Cordele, and Ann Pope of Lake City, Fl,; one brother in law, Charles Supers of Cordele.  Mrs. Supers was preceded in death by two brothers, Tommy Pope, and Everett Pope.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home with Bishop Brad McVea, and Rev. Jimmy Parker officiating.  Interment will follow at Brushy Creek Baptist Church.  The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at Purvis Funeral Home.  Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.purvisfh.com.  Purvis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
