Mrs. Catherine Caldwell, 40 of Adel passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Caldwell was born July 26, 1978 in Denver, Colorado.
Survivors include her husband, Steve Caldwell of Adel; children, Samantha Purcell of Oklahoma, Lillian of Oklahoma, and Steven Caldwell, Jr. of Oklahoma; father and mother, Wayne & Virginia Tolliver of Oklahoma; brothers, Lewis Tolliver, Donald Tolliver, and Robbie Purcell all of Oklahome; several nieces and nephews; mother in law, Sherrie Madison of Adel; sister in law and brother in law, Maryann and Gymel Taylor of Sparks. Mrs. Caldwell was preceded in death by two sons, Steve Caldwell, Jr, and Casey Caldwell; sister, Stacy; and father in law, John Madison.
A memorial service may be held at a later time.
