Anna Ruth Humphrey

Mrs. Anna Humphrey, 89 of Brooks County passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta.  Mrs. Humphrey was born November 7, 1929 in Quitman to the late Chester and Nina McCoy Croft.  She was a member of Gateway Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Walter Keith (Kathy) Humphrey of Valdosta, and Glenda Raborn of Valdosta; daughter in law, Brenda Gail Humphrey of Eastpoint, Fl; grandchildren, John Thomas (Stefani) Raborn of  Indianapolis, In, Walter Scott (Jamie) Raborn of Holton, KS, Meredith Gail (Jonathan) Brasher of Valdosta, and William Joel (Casey) Humphrey of Dothan, AL; great grandchildren, Sydney Raborn, Southern Raborn, Sadie Raborn, Jack Raborn, Elizabeth Raborn, Luke Brasher, Colton Humphrey, and Emily Humphrey.  Mrs. Humphrey was preceded in death by her husband, Walter T. Humphrey;  brothers, Stanley Croft, Milton Croft, Andy Croft, and Pat Croft; and one sister, Mavis Copeland.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 11:00a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Bro. Jack Seiverd and Mr. Keith Humphrey officiating.
