When someone you love dies, for some, it's like a piece of you goes with them. For others, it is a relief because they know they suffer no more. However, Jehovah God knows our deepest emotions. He understands that death is an enemy that we can't fight. That's why he promises that death will be swallowed up forever. (Isaiah 25:8). Also the Bible calls death the last enemy that will be brought to nothing (1 Corinthians 15:26). We also are promised a paradise here on earth where there is no more pain or sorrow and God himself will wipe every tear from our eyes. (Revelation 21:3,4). For more BIBLE truth please visit JW.ORG

Rev. John Belcher was a good man, a godly Christian, gentleman, a great preacher of the Word, and a strong supporter of the Mercer Association. Barbara and I always enjoyed being with John and Betty at the meetings of the Association. We look forward to seeing him again in heaven one day. May God bless his precious wife and family in their loss.
