Mrs. Mary Evelyn Wall, 94 of Quitman passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at her residence.  Mrs. Wall was born May 16, 1923 to the late William Monroe Goodson & Oda Cain Goodson.  She was a member of Quitman United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her children, Steve (Kathy) Wall of Quitman, John (Emily) Wall of Quitman, and Joe (Brenda) Wall of Blackshear; 10 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren; son in law, Don Wood of Quitman.  Mrs. Wall was preceded in death by her husband, John Riley Wall; daughter, Linda Wood; brothers, Ralph Goodson, Grover Goodson, and Ray Goodson; sisters, Flara Williams, and Grace Ezell.

Graveside service will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Pastor Ray Copeland officiating.
