Mrs. Lawanna Jo Brock, 48 of West Berrien passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017 at her residence.  Mrs. Brock was born July 7, 1968 in Nashville and was a member of the New River Free Holiness Church.  

Survivors include her husband, Steve Brock of West Berrien; daughters, Hannah Jo Brock of West Berrien, and Sarah Jane Brock of West Berrien; sons, Marion Benjamin Brock of West Berrien, Levi Owen Brock of West Berrien, Seth Leon Brock of West Berrien, and Matthew Steven Brock of West Berrien; father, Leon E. Purvis of Tifton; sisters, Sandra Jean Purvis Griffin (Steve) of Tifton, Peggy Purvis Young of Tifton, and Felicia "Lisa" Purvis Autry (Melvin) of West Berrien; mother in law, Carol Jane Lancaster of Ft. Payne, Ala. Mrs. Brock was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jo Purvis.  

Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at New River Free Holiness Church with Bro. Samuel Tharp, Bro. Melvin Autry and Bro. Charles Connell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will be receiving friends Saturday all during the day at New River Holiness Church, 801 Homer James Rd., Lenox, GA  31637.
