Mrs. Jackie Shively, 63 of Adel passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017 at her residence.  Mrs. Shively was born June 30, 1954 to the late James & Ida Malone Truett.  

Survivors include her husband, Roger Shively of Adel; daughters, Kelly Mauldin of Nashville, and Dawn (Keith) Vickers of Norman Park; five grandchildren, Wade Stone, Vanessa Kott, Courtney Woods, Heather Vickers, and Hunter Vickers; two brothers, Jimmy Truett of New Jersey, and Larry Truett of New Jersey; and three sisters, Peggy Mozzo of Adel, Barbara Stabile of New Jersery, and Pat Sloan of New Jersey.  Mrs. Shively was preceded in death by her daughter, Nicole Biauce; and two brothers, Ronnie Truett, and Tom Truett.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery Annex with Rev. Eric Gordon officiating.  The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at Purvis Funeral Home.
