Mr. Noah Douglas "Doug" Huffmaster, 59 of Quitman passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017 at his residence.  Mr. Huffmaster was born July 13, 1958 to the late Henry Robert Huffmaster and Mary Frankie Howell Huffmaster.  He was employed at Voigt's Crane Service in Valdosta as a crane operator.  Mr. Huffmaster was an avid fisherman, hunter, and outdoorsman.  
Survivors include his wife, Kim Huffmaster of Nankin; children, Nathan Douglas (Kristin) Huffmaster of Hahira, Noah Darin Huffmaster of Quitman, Anna Marie (Heather) Huffmaster Sapp of Brooks Co., and Mary Faith Huffmaster (Colby Brown) of Nankin; grandchildren, Katie "Bug" Huffmaster and Logan Huffmaster; three sisters, Sandy (Billy) Collins of Quitman, Beth (John) McConnell of Hartsfield, Ga, and Janine (Lee) Solomon of College Station, Tx; several nieces and nephews.  Mr. Huffmaster was preceded in death by two brothers, Sambo Huffmaster, and Bobby Huffmaster. 
A celebration of Mr. Huffmaster's life will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Fernside, LLC , 275 Fernside Drive off of Madison Highway South, Quitman Ga. 31643 with Rev. Buddy Cranston officiating.  The family will be receiving friends Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Maxwell-Miller Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers please consider memorials to Hope Lodge, 2121 SW 16th St, Gainesville Fl. 32608.
