So sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Dorothy. She was such a beautiful, kind, lady. Dennis, Linda Jane & Ben, I know you will miss that sweet lady as much as I miss my Mom. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you as well as your Dad. May God bless you and keep you in His comfort.

I learned this morning of Mrs Dorothy's passing. So many memories from our growing up years together passed through me. The meals, the laughter, our parents playing cards (our Dads passing cards under the table to each other!). Great times were shared, and are missed to this day. I remember her ready laughter, always a smile. She was the epitome of a Southern Lady. Her friends and family, both past and present, mourn her passing with you. Martha

Mama T, we've never had the privilege to meet you, but have heard stories. Your loved ones' hearts may be filled with sadness and tears, but their memories will be filled with smiles and laughter of the good times shared over the years. Peace to you. Debi and Dave Sage

My brother just told me of your mom's passing. How wonderful that she lived such a long life and that you were all able to be with her. Mrs. Tucker was always so beautiful and kind - Linda Jane, you are the same even now I'm sure., I'm wishing peace to the family - especially to Mr. Tucker - and comfort in the memories of a beautiful life well-lived. Please know that this old friend is thinking of you and praying for all of you.

I have fond memories of Dorothy from summers in the mid sixties while working with my Rowland brothers in watermelons for their Uncle James. She was always kind and sweet to me, but I do remember some "Tiger" coming out from time to time. My thoughts and prayers to James, Dennis, Ben and Linda. Rest in Peace my dear friend.

Dear Mama T's family,
I have known about Mama T for 11 years, since my son, David, met Heather. It has been a pleasure to know a person who put family above all - who welcomed anyone who loved the ones she loved.. David enjoyed every minute he spent with Mama and Papa T. And I am so glad that Davey has her memory stored up to be an example of how loving families should be. I have been blessed with Heather, who loved and valued Mama T. Every day Heather shows how Mama T taught her how to love and value family. What a pleasure to say I knew Mama T from her loving influence on her family.
